Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get my Razer Gold code?
Usually a few minutes after your XRP payment confirms on the blockchain. The code appears on your order page, so keep your order ID.
What fee do I pay?
A 3% fee, already included in the price you see before creating the order. If your wallet or exchange charges a network fee to send, that is paid separately by you.
Do I need an account?
No. You choose the card, pay with Ripple and follow the order with its ID. An email is optional, only so we can help you if anything comes up.
Which country should I choose?
The one that matches your Razer Gold account. Gift card codes are tied to a country or region and will not work on accounts from another one.
What if I pay late or my payment doesn't show up?
The price stays locked for 30 minutes. If you pay after that, the order is reviewed by hand and we either send the card or refund you. If a payment doesn't appear, paste your transaction hash on the order page.
Can I redeem the code in the official Razer Gold store?
Yes. You receive a Razer Gold gift card code that is redeemed on the brand's own website or app, just like a card bought anywhere else.
