Toncoin payments are fast and usually cheap, but your Lidl order shows a memo (comment) that must be included in the transfer. Our TON address receives payments for many orders, and the memo is what identifies yours. Most TON wallets have a "Comment" or "Memo" field next to the amount; paste it there exactly. Without it, the payment cannot be matched automatically and has to be checked by hand.
Some exchanges hide the memo field under "advanced" or "tag"; look for it before confirming the withdrawal.
